- Performs a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service for all guests
- Ensures a consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods
- Anticipates our guests' needs and requests, and is able to deliver effective solutions to those
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent both in English and French – a third language is appreciated
- Previous experience as a head waiter
- Well organized, highly detailed and with a sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Previous experience in a hotel of a similar standing
