Job Description:

Main objectives:

Responsible of Keyless connected solution,
Responsible for digital station solutions : Digital Station app.

Major areas of accountability:

Europcar Mobility Group is looking for its Senior Connected Solutions manager. Connected Fleet and Digital Station are key programs in the digital transformation of the group.

Europcar Mobility Group's ambition is to connect 100% of its fleet by 2024 and to fully digitalize the stations including vehicle access.

The Senior Connected Solutions and Network Digitalization manager will be responsible for new connected and digital technical solutions in vehicles and stations from definition to deployment.

The objectives are to:
- improve the efficiency in station and enable the digital station transformation
- add value to the customer and enhance the customer experience

1 / Responsible of Keyless Connected Solutions program for the group:

Define and maintain the keyless connectivity strategy for the group (which solutions, providers) for

vehicles and stations

Maintenance and enhancement of the connectivity requirements (functional and technical, SLA,...) in line

with business needs

Planning, organizing and driving the solutions
Technical solutions and providers assessment : functional, technical, roadmap, provider sustainability
Coordinate solution providers technical integration
Keeps a market watch on technologies and innovations related to connected solutions
Benchmarks against competitors in the mobility market

2 / Responsible for digital station solutions : Digital Station app.

Our digital station app is going to support the digitalization of stations processes :
vehicle return, damage detection, turnaround,...

Manage features roadmap and priorities for the app implementation with the Product team
Ensure alignment and consistency with customer journey digitizati
