Description

Context:

Within the OneFinance expert team which is in charge of the SAP S4 project, you will be reinforcing the team on
payroll integration, master data definition and time management and related reporting linked with HR processes in the S4 financial ERP.

You will handle business requests and propose IT solutions that fit their expectations and their objectives.


Mission:


  • Lead business analysis workshops (current/ target situation assessment, gap analysis, blueprint business and functional solution)
  • Formalize business requirements and functional specifications
  • Propose solutions for validation
  • Implement and configure the SAP HR in S
  • Develop new Portal functionalities
  • Realize preacceptance tests, train and support local experts
  • Solve difficulties or problems raised by the users
  • Manage the documentation of the system (functional specification document, training documents, general presentation, operating manual, etc.)

Skills:


  • Good knowledge in ABAP, FIORI, and S
  • Knowledge of SAP architecture
  • Knowledge of HR processes

Additional competencies:

  • SAP HR configuration
  • English mandatory : Business level

Location: 5 days/week on site in Issy Les Moulineaux
