• Independently execute data and analytics projects for our clients.
• Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analytics.
• Support teams in developing predictive models and machinelearning algorithms.
• Translate analyses into compelling presentations.
• Communicate and interact with clients at the Clevel.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
• Maintain and develop a commercial pipeline with partners and colleagues.

• Highlevel engineering or commercial, academic background (Grande Ecole ou Université)
• 7+ years of professional experience in the advanced analytics domain with at least 2+ years at a project lead level.
• Theoretical and applied understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Expertise in Data and Analytics most used languages (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Exposure to Data Visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Big Data / Cloud Technologies, / Software engineering, and devops best practices.
• Exposure to analytics for business functions such as operations, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and CRM is a plus.
• Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior executives to act on the advice.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and client relationships and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement to ensure the development of a commercial pipeline.
• Problem solver's mindset, a pioneer at heart, eager to look beyond the obvious and get it done.
• Fluent in English and French
• Jobbased in Paris and open to travel on project demand across Europe.
