Job summary


As part of the PARTS Global Supply Chain organization, you will report to the Manager, Global Parts NPI (New Product Introduction) - tractor, and will manage new product introductions from the time they are conceived through to project closure, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will be a key contributor to the success of the AGCO Brands and ensure brand profitability.


Your missions

  • You will be accountable for the delivery of the activities of all Parts Division disciplines (Master Data Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Forecasting & Planning, Marketing, Technical Service, Pricing, Sales & Customer Services) bringing new products to the field
  • You will run multiple New Product Introduction projects in parallel, liaising with Production Product Managers and Project Team Leads to stay current on all project timelines and milestones
  • You will lead crossfunctional workshops in support of the launch of new products and productmarket expansion programs
  • You will own the mitigation process for all project related risks, supported by a multidisciplinary team throughout the development process
  • You will be the key representative of the Parts organization and will be empowered to take operational, tactical and strategic decisions in pursuit of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • You will be the first point of contact within the site for Parts related issues
  • You will be instrumental in developing and distributing management reports to track progress of readiness for program launch, attend project update meetings at the manufacturing plants when and as required
  • You will drive continual improvements in processes and inspire others to improve AGCO service offering and increase customer satisfaction whilst minimizing overall project costs

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, agribusiness, or supply chain with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination/management, product development, purchasing or industrial operations
  • You understand the basic principles of service level definition, engineering design and validation cycles, materials planning, marketing, customer service and the other Parts division functions so they are able to form effective and complete multidisciplinary teams to address product introduction imperatives
  • You master IT tools: Excel, SAP, Windchill
  • You have good communication skills and adapt you message to your audience
  • You're autonomous, rigorous, multitask, and your ability to take a step back help you take the right decision in a demanding environment
  • You're fluent in English, and can evolve within an international environment
