Your role


Based in Biodevelopment Center in Martillac (Bordeaux - France), you will be the main technical contact for customers related to our CDMO contract execution in a dynamic and matrix environment.

You will coordinate all technical strategic decision and technical execution for early phase projects (Cell line and process development, analytical method development and validation, technical transfer, GMP clinical manufacturing run, regulatory support), in collaboration with operational and project management teams to ensure a high customer service.

You will be part of a global and international Technical Leader Team.

You will participate and lead global strategic initiatives inside our organization. You will provide technical support to the pre-sales process, and have a technical strategy consulting role prior contract signature.

By identifying customer need trends and best practices, you will lead Innovation, Sales, Marketing discussions to add business value to our offers.

These will include discussions about the technical content of Marketing activities and external presentations at events including scientific conferences and webinars.


Finally, you will serve as an experienced resource and share customer communication tips and tricks in complex situations and lead best practices networks in and outside Technical Leader teams on different topics.

You will be a coach and/or buddy for junior technical leaders and participate to development skills of the technical leader team.

Customer project technical coordination require knowledge of biotechnological processes and GMP environment. More specifically, knowledge of process unit steps in USP and DSP.


Inside a dynamic and matrix environment, your biggest responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction with detailed and frequent communications regarding project execution.

You communicate customer needs to the internal team to ensure service alignment with customer needs. You ensure timeline and budget with the project manager.


Who you are:


  • Master's degree in biotechnology or Biochemistry engineer, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a GMP environment in biotechnological industry (mAmbs or vaccines).
  • Demonstrated Expert knowledge in biopharmaceuticals unit operations: Culture, Clarification, Chromatography, Filtration and Mixers (ideally singleuse technology)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global international matrix environment and manage multidimensional relationships and cross function teams gained through 5 years of work experience.
  • Proven skills in strategic and global project management
  • Excellent Leadership and communication (oral and written) skills
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
