COMPANY OVERVIEW
The Company is the service provider in France, for one of the largest leisure parks in Europe.
As part of the transformation and the acceleration of the latter's growth on the French Source market, the fastgrowing Company is looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive - MICE to develop the MICE business and Sales on the French source market.

ROLE
As a Sales Executive MICE on the French Market you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility.
MICE Sales and business development
- Participate to the definition, Implement and execute all sales objectives and necessary action plans to reach and exceed targets set;
- Develop MICE sales and business on both direct (corporate) and indirect (digital & offline MICE & Travel agencies, platforms, TMCs, Venue finders, Congress specialists, TO ) channels as per the established sales budgets;
- Identify, prepare and attend any relevant MICE events to promote the Leisure Park and its Convention Center to develop the related business;
- Identify all sales/new business opportunities and demonstrate a high level of conversion and efficiency;
- Initiate all MICE RFP on the scope;
- Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of the Company Convention Center unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies;
Communication
- Updating the database by informing the Marketing Department of any changes and/or additions to contact persons of accounts which are assigned to her/him;
- Report all activities and issues to the MICE Management;
- Representation of the Company to the MICE community and ecosystem and reporting back to the Company stakeholders;

PROFILE
- A 1to3 yearexperience in a comparable Sales position
- With at least a 1st elevant experience in the MICE/Travel industry, coming from:
- Ideally MICE agency, TMCs, Convention Centers, Congress specialists
- Or Corporate if and only if Sales (hunting) position
- Salesdriven DNA (rather than account manager mindset) with proven consistent sales track record and network on the scope (MICE, French source market). You enjoy challenges and have a hunting & competitive mindset;
- At ease, agile enough and ready to evolve within entrepreneurship, startup and matrix environments, meeting at the same time the final client's expectations (the Leisure Park) and the Company's (the Service Provider = your Employer);
- Autonomous and ability to work under own initiative;
- Knowledge & experience of the MICE market including marketing and media leverage ;
- Great organization skills and methodical, able to prioritize;
- A teamplayer, openminded;
- Flexible mindset and flexible working hours to coincide with business demands;
- You speak, read and write French and English fluently (prerequisite). Spanish is a plus.
- You master Office Pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM

- Compensation : according to profile and experience => base salary + bonus (20%)
