- Today we are supporting a company that makes women's clothing.
The company portfolio includes a whole family of brands. Each of these brands has its own personality and its own positioning in the market.

The main tasks are:
Taking calls from German customers and sales representatives,
Taking orders,
Follow up on deliveries,
Manage complaints
Sending invoices
Follow up on payments and follow up on unpaid invoices
You have a bilingual/native level in German. You are fluent in English/French.

The company is looking for a rigorous employee with a real sense of customer service, ideally with at least one year experience in sales or other administrative or commercial position.
