Céline Concierge is seeking a passionate and organized
Trip Planner to join our dynamic team

In this role, you will curate unforgettable experiences in Paris for our discerning clientele.
Our company was founded in 2018 and specializes in crafting authentic luxury experiences for travelers and expats in Paris. We go beyond the guidebook to curate personalized itineraries that capture the essence of Parisian life. If you have a love for the City of Light and a knack for creating unforgettable moments, we want to hear from you


This role will report directly to our CEO, the one and only Céline, but will also work with all of our team members as well as directly with our clients and partners.

We are a small team of 8, so there is no risk of you getting lost in a multinational


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct indepth consultations with clients to understand their interests, travel style, and budget.
  • Design customized itineraries on our Itinerary Platform IMAGINATION that weave together iconic Parisian landmarks, hidden gems, and unique experiences, making the client's dream a reality while also ensuring that all logístical aspects of the trip are managed successfully (i.e. transportation from one place to another, opening times, VIP access )
  • Research and secure reservations for hotels, restaurants, tours, activities and more.
  • Source tickets for popular events and attractions, ensuring seamless VIP access for our clients.
  • Arrange exclusive and/or bespoke private tours, cultural experiences, and activities that cater to each client's desires (for our VIP clients).
  • Anticipate and proactively address any potential issues that may arise during travel, adjusting their itineraries accordingly.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning and execution of their trip.
  • Stay current on Parisian trends, new attractions, and hidden gems to curate truly unique experiences.
  • Assist with the development and curation of content for our social media channels.
  • Ensure that all associated administrative tasks are completed, including accounting and invoicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

French and English fluency is a must: The ability to communicate effectively in both French and English is essential to this role.

Unwavering passion for Paris: You possess a deep knowledge of Parisian culture, history, and hidden gems.

Travel planning pro:You have a proven track record of meticulously planning and executing exceptional travel experiences.

Organizational wizard: You excel at keeping track of details, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Master communicator: You can clearly articulate trip plans, recommendations, and cultural nuances to clients.

Resourceful problem solver: You can think on your feet and find solutions when unexpected situations arise. You also take initiative and can work independently, managing projects from start to finish.

People person: You have a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and building rapport.

Tech-savvy: You are proficient in using online travel platforms, reservation systems, and communication tools. You also know how to use Google Suites (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.) and Apple products (iPhone & Macbook).

Secret keeper:You know how to maintain the highest level of client confidentiality.

Location: 9 Rue Ernest Psichari, 75007 Paris. Possibility of working from home occasionally after an initial training period.


Salary:
Negotiable, between 1900€ and 2150€ brut mensuel


Hours:
Full-time, 35 hours a week. Some availability on Saturdays is required.


Contract type:
Initial 3-month CDD (renewable), possibility of a CDI
