- Directing Multi-Tiered Teams: Manage a diverse organisation consisting of Field Managers, Strategic AEs focused on enterprise accounts, and Full-Cycle AEs.
- Vertical-Specific Strategy: Tailor high-velocity outbound motions to penetrate the Hospitality industries, speaking the specific language of business owners across different EMEA regions.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and target high-value "switch" opportunities by leveraging market-specific displacement playbooks.
- Pipeline Architecture: Build and refine the outbound engine, including prospecting sequences, social selling strategies, and ABM alignment.
- Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence: Provide rigorous weekly and quarterly forecasts. Leverage revenue intelligence tools to identify deal risks and coaching opportunities at scale.
- Executive Deal Coaching: Advise on "must-win" deals, join C-suite presentations, and help AEs navigate procurement and legal hurdles in European enterprise sales.
- Localised Go-To-Market Execution: Partner with regional marketing and product teams to localise outbound messaging for specific EMEA markets.
- Leadership Development: Coach Managers to lead effectively, maintain high frontline management standards, and build an internal talent pipeline.
- Proven Leadership: Experience in sales management, leading managers or complex, multi-functional sales teams in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, selling to SMEs with a transactional sales cycle.
- Operational Excellence: Proficiency in modern sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and a data-first approach to territory management.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC) and ability to translate into strategic outbound initiatives.

Overview
Senior Manager, Outbound Sales (France) — lead a proactive growth engine across the French region. Report to the Regional Director and oversee a diverse team including Field Managers, Field Account Executives, and Strategic Account Executives. Harmonise these motions to penetrate key French markets, drive high-value logos, and ensure a consistent, scalable revenue stream.
As the Senior Manager of Outbound Sales, you will oversee the entire outbound ecosystem, from high-velocity full-cycle sales to complex, multi-stakeholder strategic partnerships and enterprise deals.
What you will be doing
To be successful, you must demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the EMEA SaaS landscape and a proven ability to lead through others.
What you will need
As a global company with employees and clients across Europe, fluency in English and French as working languages is required for this position.
