WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsibilities

• Educate and facilitate proper usage of DAM system across all departments and regions.
• Coordinate assets availabilities on time under supervision of creative operations teams.
• Register, updates and control of metadata on available assets.
• Weekly communication to share new assets available.
• Collaborate across internal departments and regions in the development and modification of digital workflows to gain further efficiencies.
• Collaborate with global and regional asset management team to ensure consistent ways of working within the system across all regions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent ability to multitask with tremendous attention to detail; selfmotivated and well organized. Graphic process and asset content type knowledge.

• Bac +

• Fluent in French and English
