- Location: Velizy, France
- Start Date: May 2024
- Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
- Minimum Bac+5 qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction and civil engineering field
- Experience dealing with demanding field operational teams
- Strong negotiation abilities and a facilitator approach
- Experience working in project environments, especially on construction sites
- Proficient with digital tools
- Excellent command of Excel
- Handling tenders and negotiations
- Being responsible for purchasing supplies and subcontractors within your area, mainly within project frameworks
- Participating in project evaluations
- Creating project-specific commercial and legal specifications
- Conducting negotiations for the lots under your supervision to meet budget goals
- Addressing project constraints in negotiations and contracting with suppliers and subcontractors to manage risks
- Supporting effective reporting processes
- Contributing to enhancing performance tools for the department (e.g., Product Catalogs, E-Proc, Make or buy process)
