Discover your exciting role:

To support its development, Exyte France is looking for a several project assistant FM/F for its offices in Bordeaux and AixenProvence. The role consists of supporting and assisting the entire project team in the necessary administrative tasks, as well as participating in the financial management of the project.

Show your expertise:

2 years of higher education as an Executive Assistant or Project Assistant or significant professional experience in a similar position in an international context.
English (company language) and French languages (Projects and clients languages) mandatory (read, spoken and written)
Excellent knowledge of the Pack Office.
Writing skills.
Organizational skills and sense of priorities.
Knowledge of intercultural environments.
Autonomous within a team
