    Head of Solutions, Ground Segment – Onsite | Strasbourg - Space Software

    We're hiring for a Head of Solutions with a fast-growing European space software company, taking the lead in technical strategy and customer success for a rapidly expanding global client base.

    If you're an experienced space engineer with leadership skills and a commercial mindset, this is a chance to shape how missions are delivered and drive adoption of a platform redefining the future of satellite operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Solutions team, managing architects and engineers delivering across sales and implementation
    • Own technical strategy for customer acquisition and retention
    • Act as technical lead across complex client engagements, guiding architecture and solution design
    • Work closely with Sales and Product to translate market needs into customer-focused capabilities
    • Travel internationally to meet customers and represent the company at key events

    Key Requirements

    • 10+ years in the space industry, with direct experience in satellite operations and ground software
    • Proven background in leading technical teams and engaging customers across varied mission profiles
    • Strong understanding of space software ecosystems, system integration, and cloud tech
    • Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and team growth
    • Fluent in English and willing to relocate onsite to Strasbourg, France
