THE ROLEYou will influence commercial priorities and drive Integrated Activity Planning ( from the right- mix to the best execution in and out of store to have a full alignment between the functions and to- build long term relationships with customers
Responsibilities:

  • With our Consumer at the heart, ambition to become customers preferred partner, the sense of perfect execution and ROI, you will be responsible for Local Trade Marketing strategy and implementation.
  • Be responsible for translating the local brand strategy to develop customer facing solutions and managing investment, A&P and P&L to maximize return and gain market shares
  • Influence the regional toolkits with the Regional Brand Activation Manager to develop game changing shopper marketing programs and activities to deliver growth
  • Work with Consumer Marketing, CPA ON and with external agencies to produce customers materials, POS, animations and to deliver the world class execution of brand activation in OFF trade and win in store
  • Be in charge of BTL innovation launch plan and implementation
  • Track business performances and work as one team to implement the most consistent and best BTL programs to deliver integrated Trade & Marketing plans
  • Lead interactions between the functions and consult local stakeholders to ensure short and long term plans are implemented and goals met.

  • Relevant experience aligned to brand management, customer marketing or category management in OFF trade
  • OFF customer, shopper and field expertise
  • Premium and leader brands management
  • Data driven, analytical mindset, business and actions oriented
  • Panels expertise
  • Project and agency relationship management skills
  • Implementation of strong and disruptive BTL plans
  • Experience in balancing long and short term priorities to drive growth
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders to ensure best plan delivery
