This position will own France sales, to improve our market share and increase profitable growth.

This includes supervising all aspects of the territory sales business, including the day-to-day management of the sales force and sales partners to ensure Schroff products' highest possible market penetration.

The role involves traveling up to 30% as some meetings with customers would be on-site. A valid driver's license and the ability to work from home are required.

  • In this position, you will get to:
  • Develop, implement, and lead a targeted sales strategy to achieve outstanding growth
  • Adequately address the mix of channels (Direct, Resellers, Key Accounts)
  • Ensure the use of CRM (SFDC) to lead the sales funnel and sales process
  • Lead negotiations and be directly involved in management of key accounts and prospects
  • Use your own industry network to win new strategic customers
  • Contribute to daily sales management activities and regular meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and peers on actions seeking continuous progress
  • Crossfunctional collaboration with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, Marketing, and Production to align operational efforts to customer needs
  • Identify portfolio gaps and get along with Product Management to close these
  • Conduct business reviews with the team and channel partners to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and to achieve business results
  • Stay on the pulse of the competitive landscape
  • You have/are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ideally, 5+ years of international sales experience in an electronic or industrial market
  • Preferably, 5+ years in a leadership position, P&L management experience
  • Expertise in selling across channels including distributors, integrators/consultants, engineers, and endusers/OEMs
  • Proven track record in developing a business
  • Actively leveraging your network in the electrical & electronics or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge and experience using sales efficiency tools (e.g., customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, and time management in the field)
