THE CONTEXT


Within the Corporate HR department (the organization which brings together the Talent and Learning functions at the Global level), the Danone Academy global team is looking for an intern to assist in the creation and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines, and processes all over the world.

The position is based in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann.


YOUR MISSIONS

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Participation in the design of learning solutions at Group level (elearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
  • Community management of Danone Academy colleagues and learners across the globe to boost Danone learning solutions
  • Ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries
  • Creation of communication approach for our learning programs to promote them within the Group
  • Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management

About you

  • You demonstrate an interest in issues related to Learning and Development
  • You are recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
  • You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment
  • You are comfortable to communicate with people from diverse profiles
  • You are comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel data management functions
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered a plus
