Opportunity

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Opérations et Logistiques au sein du département Services, vous participez à la gestion des stocks et à la prévision des ventes afin de soutenir la distribution et la croissance des ventes de pièces détachées pour la région EMEA, en assurant l'optimisation des coûts, des délais et des flux de marchandises.

Vos principales missions seront:

Analyser les historiques de consommation pour établir les prévisions de vente afin de soutenir la distribution et la croissance des pièces détachées pour la région EMEA.
Optimiser la disponibilité des stocks en produisant les prévisions et en anticipant les possibles pénuries
Vérifier le taux de couvertures des stocks (études de rotation des stocks et préconisation des dépréciations)
Analyser, établir les états des lieux en réalisant des audits et en posant des diagnostics
Elaborer et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord du suivi des stocks
Suivre et maintenir les prévisions dans l'ERP
Participer à la segmentation des produits
Reporting to the Operations and Logistics Manager in the Services department, you will participate in inventory management and sales forecasting to support the distribution and growth of spare parts sales, ensuring the optimization of costs, deadlines and goods flows._

Your main missions will be:_
- _Analyze consumption histories to establish sales forecasts to support the distribution and growth of spare parts_
- _Optimize inventory availability by producing forecasts and anticipating possible shortages_
- _Check the stock coverage rate (inventory turnover studies and depreciation recommendations)_
- _Analyze, establish the inventory by carrying out audits and making diagnoses_
- _Develop and update inventory tracking dashboards_
- _Track and maintain forecasts in ERP_
- _Participate in product segmentation_

Skills/Requirements

Compétence et expérience dans la gestion de stock et le domaine des prévisions indispensable
Connaissances en contrôle de gestion
Connaissance des ERP (QAD)
Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable
Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
Outils : Excel VBA et Power BI
Travail en équipe et capacité à convaincre
Rigueur et autonomie
Sens du service
