**Mission Details**:
Sous l'autorité du directeur du marché des transports généraux, vous serez responsable des ventes et de la marge variable, de la réalisation du plan d'affaires et de la gestion de la croissance rentable (région EMEA avec une forte concentration sur l'Allemagne). Vous serez garant de la réalisation des objectifs mentionnés ci-dessus grâce à une connaissance approfondie du marché (Transport général avec un accent sur les joints d'étanchéité, le PU, les adhésifs structurels) et promouvrez les produits les plus rentables et les plus durables.

**Vos principales missions**:

- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de sécurité.
- Participer et appliquer la stratégie commerciale définie pour son marché, s'assurer que la force de vente prospecte dans le cadre défini.
- Participe à la définition du portefeuille de produits et de la proposition de valeur avec le product management en ligne avec la stratégie définie par le Market Director.
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les équipes commerciales dans les sous-régions afin d'assurer un soutien adéquat au développement du marché et à la réalisation d'opportunités à court terme, afin de contribuer à l'amélioration de la stratégie de croissance de l'entreprise.
- Recueille des informations sur le marché, les tendances, les technologies et les concurrents.
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente, R&D, TS, PLM.
- Entretenir et développer les relations avec les équipementiers.

**Required Profile**:

- You have a degree in business, chemistry or chemical engineering with 5 years' professional experience.
- You have experience in market development and/or technical sales.
- You have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have the ability to relate to customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
- You have good project management skills and are results-oriented.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and German is strongly recommended. Fluency in French is appreciated.
