Upperkey is a PropTech Fast Growing Startup specialising in the management of Hotel-Apartments in the major European cities since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and anticipates significant growth in 2023 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe and the United States.


Your missions:


  • You will develop and manage purchasing strategies in the Paris area to stylishly furnish our flats.
  • You will choose carefully the purchases of furniture and decorations for the apartments using your good taste.
  • You will look for the best offers with the aim of improving profitability and produce reports to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
  • You will establish partnerships with suppliers and negotiate and conclude agreements on the best terms.
  • You will work closely with the various operational departments in order to best meet their expectations.
  • You will visit our flats to improve them and create a real atmosphere.
  • You will manage stocks and the receipt of deliveries.

Skills and requirements:


  • You have a first experience in this field;
  • You have an appetite for architecture and interior design;
  • You are keen to join a fastgrowing startup and contribute actively to its success;
  • You are well organized and good negotiator;
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a strong team spirit;
  • You are demonstrating autonomy and rigour, with a desire to constantly improve performance;
  • You are polyvalent, rigorous, proactive, creative and adaptable;
  • You are fluent in English, with some notions of French.

Part-time hours: 39 per week


Salary:
From 2,800.00€ per month
