Description

The purpose of this position is to deliver efficient, consistent and high quality Talent Acquisition services.

As part of the functions:

1.

Talent Acquisition:

Independent and timely execution of tasks within Talent Acquisition processes and manage specialist Talent Acquisition services and processes
Takes full responsibility for managing, and completing requests to provide highquality service to employees and colleagues for Talent Acquisition services
Develops and maintain knowledge and expertise of Talent Acquisition and deliver junior and middle roles recruitment

Customer Contact:

Liaises with other tiers of service delivery like BP, People Excellence Partner, People Excellence advisor and C&B team

3.

Improve Customer experience and services:

Maintains and develops HR Services knowledge database on Talent Acquisition
Running standard HRIS Data integrity dashboards and coordinating the implementation of root cause resolutions
Supports the continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and developing solutions for the specialist area(s)

You are / have:

Ability to work at pace and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced culture and Strong Business acumen
Excellent written and English/local spoken language skills with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholder in HR and business
Ability to create lasting impression through great relationships and to deliver impactful feedback
Highly collaborative, enabling a working partnership within the HR team and the business generating enthusiasm and commitment from others.
Deep knowledge of 12 HR process in Talent Acquisition area
Strong organizational, time management skills
High level of initiative taking and ability to function autonomously
Technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience a plus)
