- Continue developping the Group's reporting structure as part of financial transformation projects
- Ensure monthly performance reviews considering Group and local initiatives and communicate to Group Management and Shareholders
- Contribute to the successful integration of acquisitions (implementation of Group processes and performance tracking)
- Acting as a true business partner for all Europeean subsidiaries
- Innovate and propose new analysis/processes and communicate to the European Finance Departments
- BA or Master of Business Administration or an equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a finance position
- Advanced English writing and speaking skills are required
- Flexible, open minded, able to drive change and handle tight deadlines
- High degree of personal integrity and a trustworthy partner to the business
- Agile, with a critical mind and the ability to step back and make sense of your analyses, you are attracted by a changing environment and a constant desire to improve what already exists. Strong MS Excel skills is a must (knowledge of Onestream would be a plus)
