The Mazamet site designs the following products: 3rd brake light of the vehicle (raised brake light), 12 volt socket, USB socket, cigarette lighter, charge indicator, interior lighting.


We are currently looking for a Technical Maintenance and Methods Manager M/F who will manage the industrialisation, maintenance and improvement of the equipment and production tools of the Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) Assembly and who will manage a team of 12 people.


Your challenges:

  • Manage a team of Method Engineers and Maintenance Technicians
  • Build and propose the Maintenance improvement plan and ensure budgetary followup
  • Manage and coordinate the resources of the maintenance perimeter in order to optimise the performance indicators
  • Lead the maintenance Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC)
  • Leading productivity actions related to Valeo's carbon neutrality plan
  • Ensure the publication and updating of technical documentation and instructions
  • Ensure that equipment FMEAs are completed and updated
  • Maintain spare parts lists

What about you:


Holder of a Bac+5 level education (Engineer, Master) Generalist, you have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a team manager.

You will have a strong ability to adapt and have expertise in industrialization and maintenance of production tools. You will be recognized for your leadership skills and your ability to federate.


You will have a good understanding of performance indicators (TRP type) as well as knowledge of CMMS, which are additional assets for this position.

You will be able to interact both verbally and in writing in fluent English.
