About this opportunity:


We are now looking for a
Back Office Manager for our Finance Department reporting to Corporate Controller and based in Saint-Ouen (Close to Paris).


Your mission in Crown

This includes:

  • Control of proper execution and record of daytoday operations performed by the Front-Office (input control, confirmation and reconciliation with counterparties including MYSIS matching system),
  • Responsible for the proper execution of all the Cash transfers and payments (netting, pooling group intercompany positions) with adequate control processes (cash control),
  • Control of financial conditions applied by banks,
  • Responsible for bookkeeping of all the Treasury transactions: including reconciliation of cash movements between REVAL treasury system and accounting system (SUN, JDE).
  • Responsible for full bookkeeping and monthly closing accounting for the French Holding company CEH in SUN,
  • Provide monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts under central Treasury responsibility,
  • Provide analysis on: Financial costs, Debt positions, Hedge positions (FX and commodity),
  • Responsible for delivering management reporting for all the Treasury entities requirements in OneStream system in line with Group requirements under USGAAP in a SOX environment for filing and documentation.
  • Staff supervision: Supervision and development of the Back Office accountant for participation in above tasks
