YOUR ROLE


Within the global HRBP team, you'll be supporting the Global HRBP Team for the Operations perimeter (including Freight, Contract Logistics, and Sales).

As a Global HRBP junior, you'll facilitate the roll-out of global HR processes such as Talent Review, Salary Review, performance management, etc.

You'll also help on the administrative part and own the HRIS updates (success factor).

You will act as a Global HRBP junior for the early career population (VIE and internships).

You will be fully responsible for the cycle-life of the early career employees (Onboarding, interview follow-up, Offboarding, animation of the community, etc.)


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Global HRBP Team support

  • Support the Global HRBP team with People Review processes, Organization review, Salary Review, performance management et adhoc projects.
  • Manage onboarding of new employees (position creation, job requisition, information to the administrative team).
  • Maintain HRIS and support the systems to ensure data integrity of your perimeter at the Global level.
  • Creation of HR Processes and ensuring HR reporting for the purpose of responding to operational needs in an efficient manner
  • Participation in adhoc projects (organization design, job description review,).
  • Act as point of contact for internship/apprenticeship in Operations perimeter (from onboarding to offboarding).

VIE Program

  • Collection of VIE's needs with the Regions (including presentation of the VIE program and its advantage).
  • Build a global budget including allowances, transportation, etc., and submitting to Group validation.
  • Implement & animate the VIE community via the corporate social network by organizing icebreakers, weekly posts, and creating pages with various contents.
  • Act as the HR point of contact for interview followup (midterm, exit interview).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Students enrolled in a master's degree in management of Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Min 1 years of experience in HR generalist positions. Change management or project management.
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Adaptable, creative, process oriented, good communication and presentation skills, trustworthy, reactive, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Curious mind and a genuine demonstrated interest in employment legislation, employee wellbeing and HR.
  • Proactive style with the ability to work productively in an environment of constant change.
