Job description:

You will be based at
S-Sigmatech's international R&D Center of Plastic Omnium site near Lyon and work in engineering and development department.

You will support the product performance engineer CAE.

Main missions:

Collect different physical test data from lab and define/evaluate new methodology to correlate with physical test.

Discussion and follow up with lab to get the physical test data for different projects where cracks, potential failure occur during physical vibration test.

End of the internship:

To evaluate and define new methodology for Hydropulse vibration test and can anticipate the potential failure in CAE simulation before go for physical test

Profile:

2/3/4 years of higher education in an engineering school, You have a good level of English and French (B1/C1).

Office Pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to understand and launch CAE calculations
Abaqus, Radioss, Hypermesh (optional)

Duration of the internship:

6 months, from the beginning, on March 2023.

Localization:

Centre de R&D Sigmatech - Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie.

Compensation:

**Depending on the level of education + company restaurant subsidy + transport allowance.
