Missions et responsabilités

We are searching for Saint-Gobain Glass France & TIP Mortars Business, an engineer Technical Training & Knowledge Manager for an internship of 5 to 6 months.

The
Technology and Industrial Performance (TIP) Department, as a central team responsible for Industrial Performance roadmap, standards and benchmarking, R&D programs (Products and Process) for Construction, Strategic Investments, Capacity Allocation among countries, and Excellence Programs, is seeking an intern to provide support in the deployment of _Technical Trainings, Communication, and Knowledge Management actions for the TIP Mortars and Glass Business_.

Main responsabilities:

As an intern reporting to the Methods, Training & Knowledge Management Responsible for Glass & Mortars, your main responsibilities will include:

Promoting team knowledge through effective communication actions:

Creating and sharing posts, articles, and newsletters to disseminate news, trainings, and other related information.
There is an opportunity to participate in other trainings offered by the team, both facetoface and via Teams:
Collaborating with technical experts in content creation.
Managing different stages of module development (elearning, online, and facetoface training).
Publishing and managing training content on Teams and the elearning platform.

Managing and enhancing the TIP Mortars central documentary system:

Improving and contributing to the knowledge capitalization procedure for knowledge database.
Developing a knowledge matrix for industrial directors and an onboarding process.
Advancements and enhancements in Glass operators training program (MKT- Manufacturing Know-how Transfer and Training)
Overseeing the implementation of skill management software
Coordinating the rollout of skill matrix programs for Glass line managers and hot works (key operators)

Profil recherché Education**:

Currently pursuing a Master's degree program in
industrial engineering, production engineering, business engineering with a technical focus.

Skills and Abilities:

Fluent in English: As there are team members from various nationalities and meetings with countries conducted in English, a good level of English proficiency is a must. Proficiency in another language is a bonus.
Proficient in the

Office Package:
Comfortable working with different software, such as OneDrive/SharePoint, and familiar with website creation software or languages.

Excellent communication skills and high level of autonomy.
Desired qualities: clientoriented, autonomous, rigorous, perseverant, and possessing strong communication skills.
Writing skills (in English): Ability to formalize technical content or procedures.
