Position Details:

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for analysing and optimising sales activities within JUMP's sales team. You will own and manage key processes to ensure our sales team is as effective and efficient as possible.


Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be a close aide providing support on forecasting, territory planning, quota allocation, among other key tasks.

You will consistently be in tune to pipeline health, prospecting, sales velocity, closing deals, average deal size, and quota attainment.

You will work collaboratively with leadership, sales, presales, marketing, and other stakeholders in the organisation.


An ideal addition to our team is someone who is data-driven and analytically minded, business astute with a real focus on optimising sales team performance to help the team win.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the sales operations strategy including forecasting, reporting and analytics, tools and systems
  • Work in close partnership with sales leadership on account and territory mapping, along with quota allocation ensuring fairness and equity
  • Support sales strategy and enablement initiatives with a focus on improving productivity, win/loss rates, and visibility
  • Provide analysis on business performance for internal meetings and for business reporting and sales forecasting
  • Key contributor to GTM, business and resource planning
  • Maintain and continually develop a successful Sales onboarding/training/coaching program
  • Ownership of key tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Educate the sales team on best practices for use of sales tools and sales tactics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Experience within the software industry
  • Datadriven and analytical mindset
  • Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently but within a team environment
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • Fluency in French; business fluency in English
