Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive growth and engagement within our community.

You don't need an art background for this role; your, determination, ambition and attention to detail are what will set you apart.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
  • Engage prospects, introduce them to balthasart's offerings, and qualify leads
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor our solutions effectively
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Spanish will be considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a targetoriented environment.
  • No art background necessary we value your motivation and determination above all else.
  • Resilience and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
