As a Junior Electric Project Coordinator, you'll be stepping into an exciting role where you'll learn the ropes of managing electrical projects from start to finish.

Working closely with our seasoned Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of various electrical projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Support and Development:


  • Assisting in the development of project plans, including defining scope, goals, timelines, and budget estimates.
  • Collaborating with the project team to identify resource needs and requirements.

Team Collaboration:


  • Working alongside experienced professionals to support project execution and foster teamwork.
  • Facilitating communication among team members to ensure seamless project coordination.

Quality Assurance:


  • Assisting in monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement or adjustment.
  • Learning and implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Financial Assistance:


  • Supporting in vendor and subcontractor negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assisting in managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Communication and Reporting:


  • Maintaining open lines of communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Assisting in resolving conflicts and addressing issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Deep Interest in project management and the Maritime industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive attitude towards problemsolving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
