What you'll do
Doctolib is looking for a Senior Strategy Associate for France focusing on the Sales & Satisfaction team.

You will work within the Business Performance team in structuring our Sales & Satisfaction machine and maximizing the efficiency and performance in France, in collaboration with the Directors and the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Steer sales performance all over the sales cycle to shape France growth
Support the team in defining clear and right targets to boost performance
Design bonus structure and compute them to align interests
Participate in the construction of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
Design & rollout perfect sales tools
Train Sales users on tools and ensure 100% adoption of tools
Be the referent for end user support (Sales, managers...)

Who you are

1-3 years of experience working in a consulting firm or scale-up company in similar positions;
You hold a degree from a business school / engineering school;
You have strong analytical skills, analytical approach to solve problems
Excellent command of Excel
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;

You are fluent in English. Native speaker of French.
