    About Us

    The Employment Market is offering for one of its clients, a trading company in supplies for the industry and construction, well established in Brittany, a position of Accounts Receivable Accountant.

    This permanent position is based in Vézin-Le-Coquet (near Rennes) and is available for the end of August, beginning of September.

    About the Company

    As part of a large national group established in 1920, continuously expanding, the company is a well-established subsidiary in the 4 Breton departments, specialized in materials and hardware for the industry and construction.

    Among the 160 employees spread across ten agencies, 40 work at the subsidiary's headquarters in Vezin-le-Coquet. A relocation of the headquarters is planned to Pleumeleuc, in new premises, starting from the second half of 2025.

    Role

    Within a close-knit team of 5 employees, and supported by your manager, the administrative manager, your missions will include:

    1. Analyze and manage outstanding customer accounts.

    2. Contribute to the prevention and assessment of customer risk.

    3. Liaise with sales representatives and agencies to provide responses to customers.

    4. Carry out customer follow-ups (using the Eloficash software).

    5. Escalate files to legal action if necessary.

    6. Record various receipts.

    7. Manage incoming emails and calls.

    Salary

    Between €29k and €31k gross per year, depending on your expertise.

    Working Hours

    Full-time, 39 hours per week

    Monday to Friday

    Profile

    You ideally hold a degree in accounting and/or have at least 2 years of experience in this field.

    • You have basic accounting knowledge.
    • You have a penchant for teamwork.
    • You are organized and demonstrate rigor in file management.
    • You are dynamic, cheerful, and diplomatic.
