You will join the Integrated Bulk Operations Center (IBO Center), a very
engaged, diverse and dynamic community of Bulk Logistics (20 people ) located in 4 locations (Birmingham, Brussels, Malmo and Oulu) and operating the bulk supply chain for 8 different countries.

Based in
Malmo, you will mainly support the logistics team (6 people) covering the Nordics countries (Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway) but, along with other 2 analysts, you will also lead analysis for the full IBO Center scope (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the UK)

You will also have regular interactions with digital stakeholders and other departments (sales, engineering, finance).

Missions and Responsibilities

Your mission as Logistics Business Data Analyst is to
bring intelligence from data to the supply chain department with a strong focus on
improving our logistics flows in order to
identify, propose and implement optimizations.

The main missions and responsibilities are:

1- Data analyst
-
build and improve BI reports to monitor and
analyze KPIs from our logistic activity.
-
Ensure data quality sustainability to support accurate analysis and right decision making by management.
-
Support in the month end closure process and reporting

2- Improvement and optimization
-
Identify, propose and implement improvements and optimizations based on the data analysis with a C-IMP mindset

Key role on the
deployment and user adoption of digital tools. (Power BI, Python, etc)

Work closely with the manager and dispatchers to carry out the
optimizations and the correct
adoption of the digital tools.

Competencies and Profile Education**:

Engineering background
Business School background

Must have:

Strong appetite for data
Knowledge of PowerBI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tool (if no knowledge high willingness to learn)
Coding (basic knowledge of Python or R)

Languages:

English is mandatory
Swedish or Danish are a plus

Plus:

Basic knowledge of logistics
Javascript / Google Script
Capacity to write SQL queries
