In a context of growth and M&A, Free2Move's Finance Department is seeking a talented
Finance & Transformation Project Manager Senior.



Your next missions:


You will lead our continuous improvement and efficiency activities in finance, encompassing systems, processes, efficiency of our legal structure and compliance across the Group (700 people and various entities worldwide).


More specifically, you will be in charge of:

Process & information system:


  • Definition of harmonised finance processes globally, such us but not limited to, Ordertocash, Purchasetopay, and their subprocesses, in coordination with process owners, implementing also corrective actions as needed,
  • Support the definition of the best ERP solution groupwide, its implementation plan and successive enhancements in coordination with all other finance and company functions,
  • Support the definition, implementation, and maintenance of a unified delegation of authority (approval powers) groupwide
  • Support specific projects involving the finance function, such as but not limited to, legal entities rationalisation initiatives by way of merger, dissolution, etc.

Analyse the existing organisation and needs of stakeholders:

  • Evaluate the budgets, the available resources as well as the planning of realisation.
  • Processing of organisational diagnoses on the methods, circuits, procedures, tools.
  • Study the possibilities of automation.

Project management:


  • Elaboration of organisation schemes, costing of impacts, recommendations, definition of project phases, conducting workshops, monitoring of schedules and budgets

Change management:


  • Follow the implementation, lead information and training meetings for users, propose improvements
  • Ensure the hierarchical and functional management
  • Work in close collaboration with the different business lines of the company, in particular the IT teams, to develop procedures, interfaces and tools.

Expected skills:


  • Master's degree in Organisation, Finance, Business Administration (or Management Engineering, Project management) with at least 15 years of overall professional experience, at least 5 of which are relevant to the position
  • Proficient English. German and/or French are a plus
  • Proven Program Management skills (with sixsigma or similar certifications)
  • Experience with internal control and compliance frameworks (in listed companies or Big4 audit firms)
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of key finance processes and IT systems for the finance function
  • Proven experience in IT systems rollout is a plus
  • Ability to shift from big picture to details and viceversa with easiness
  • Negotiation skills
  • Teamoriented and positive attitude, enjoying working in a constantly changing environment
  • Flexible and ability to work under deadline and pressures
  • Be a selfstarter with high personal accountability
