Supporting our company's fast-growing path, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager - OEM Key Accounts, covering Europe.

After a training and integration period, you will take over the responsibility of sales for European region. Your challenge will be to entertain - grow the existing customer base and prospect - develop new customers.

Your main tasks are:
- contribute to the company sales strategy,
- manage key account customers, in relationship with internal resources (production, engineering, logistics),

Prospect new industrial OEM customer (such as industrial gearbox, marine motors, railcar manufacturers )

- coordinate "design to spec" process whenever needed (when product developments are needed to meet customer specifications)
- participate actively to Marketing & Communication plans in your assigned territory
- analyze market segments and provide product development ideas
- participate to sales tradeshows
- build technical and sales offers,
- develop sales agent network

The position is home-office (near to an international airport). It requires 30 to 50% travelling.

The position allows personal development opportunities within IPI Group.

Business School with a strong interest in B-to-B sales of technical products; alternatively an Engineering qualification with a first commercial experience
- languages: fluent in English; a second language (German, Spanish or Mandarin) will be an advantage
