POSITION
The Commercial Skills Education Senior Manager is part of the MH Academy in the Commercial Excellence team.


The MH Academy mission is to unleash the potential of MH commercial teams via development of capabilities for commercial excellence.

In this exciting role, your mission will be to:
Drive the transformation journey within MH by developing learning action plans to develop our teams' sales capabilities. Your capacity to transform any content into inspiring, pedagogical and memorable learning experience is a must. After evaluating individual and organizational development / education needs, you will build and implement appropriate learning methods (e.g. e-learning, videos, games, role plays, live courses). You create a consistent learning path which will be engaging, interactive and measurable.


  • DESIGN MH ACADEMY LEARNING SOLUTIONS FOR SALES TEAMS
  • Develop & Design:
  • Engaging learning solutions on either sales knowledge or skills: sales capabilities
  • Engaging learning solutions to help MH teams to better know our customers across all channels
(main topics to cover are RSP/RGM, Assortment/Merchandising, use of Data & customer/consumer insights)

  • Build learning suitcase program (physical &/or digital) in close cooperation with Markets including materials and tools for deployment: communication & engagement, roll out, KPIs.
  • Innovate, test & learn with pilot markets.
  • Ensure strong coordination with regional/ local go to market teams
  • Measure impact, track, follow up, collect feedback and learnings.
  • Work in close collaboration with Commercial Excellence teams and their related projects
  • ENGAGE & UPSKILL MH LEARNING COMMUNITIES IN MARKETS & MAISONS
  • Contribute to lead the Academy Community in markets & Maisons.
  • Engage Academy community to bring to life the learning culture at MH.
  • Focus efforts on deployment concept to ensure a successful implementation on market level

PROFILE

Education & professional experience:


  • Business or Management School
  • 10 years' experience in Learning Design / Education / Sales / Retail
  • Commercial and business orientation

Languages:


  • Fluent English

Personal & interpersonal skills:


  • Expertise in Learning design, pedagogy, project management
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the commercial priority topics
  • Excellent understanding of sales teams' development needs
  • Leadership and proactivity in an international and multibrands environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills with strong graphic sense and visual storytelling skill
  • Synthesis & analysis capacities
  • Team spirit and flexibility
