    Description
    Candidate Profile:
    • Postgraduate or master's degree in business law
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as transactional counsel in energy or industry (law firm or industrial company), substantial experience in a law firm is a plus
    • Negotiation skills and ability to focus on key issues

    Language skills required:

    Proficiency in English as a working language, knowledge of French and/or another language is advantageous

    Activities:

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Drafting and negotiating various contracts and documents related to renewable power projects
    • Monitoring legal processes and project developments
    • Conducting legal studies and assessing regulatory risks
    • Managing corporate matters and interactions with internal/external parties
    • Supporting internal corporate approval processes and overseeing legal fees
    Legal tools and policies:
    • Ensuring compliance with corporate and legal policies
    • Collaborating with business units and contributing to legal reporting
    • Developing training, guidelines, and tools to support operational teams
    • Managing external legal counsels and promoting a culture of compliance
    Litigations and claims:
    • Providing legal support for litigations and claims related to projects
