Objective of the position

The primary purpose of the position is to act as a Business Partner to the Consumer Team as well as Regional Business & Finance Teams, with regards to supporting profitable sales growth.

This role is a key part of the financial support of the France Consumer business and will have contact with a wide variety of people at local country level and Regional level.

Main duties
As a business partner, you will contribute to the achievement of the PBU Consumer France objectives and value creation in terms of profitability, risk control, project execution and cash generation

Analyze and understand monthly results and ensure business partners are regularly updated on performance and full year forecasts. Perform monthend closing
Monitor regular performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
Support completion of the annual budget, as well as forecasts and reestimate
Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with Finance team
Ensure strong internal control compliance, drive financial stewardship across commercial teams
Respond to adhoc queries

Some other tasks could be added, linked to business requirements or organization changes. This position is based in La Défense, France.

Requirements:

Graduate level in business/finance or equivalent
Around 5 years of professional experience in financial management with growing responsibilities
Fluent in English and French
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP would be an advantage
Excellent analytical and communication skills, working with all levels within a crossfunctional organization
Reliable and accurate, with a strong sense of autocontrol / consistency check.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks, to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
Problem solving oriented attitude
