Reporting directly to the Retail Supply Manager B2C, our next D2C Supply Allocator W/F
will be in charge of:

Maximizing the Product flow to stores so as to optimize productivity, sales and margin

You will work in close collaboration with brand stores, factory outlets, categories (footwear, apparel, bags & accessories, WSE), logistic teams, etc...

Main activities:

Product allocation:

Scale up, phase and execute the implementation plan respecting merchandising plan and also managing operational constraints and performances.
Build the weekly replenishment with the aim of reaching sales and inventory targets (by store)
Monitor the new store implementation, manage reorder for stores in inventory, refit or closed soon
Be the first contact of store for stock management and optimization

Reporting / KPIs:

Analyze stores/products sell through and build necessary action plans for the in season
Work closely with merchandisers to secure the good execution of merchandising plan and bring them in season feedback to feed and build the coming ones

_ sera en charge :_
- _ D'assurer un flux optimal des produits aux magasins afin d'optimiser la productivité, les ventes maximales et la marge._

_ Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les magasins de la marque, les magasins d'usine, les catégories (footwear, apparel, bags & accessoires, WSE), les équipes logistiques, etc..._

_ Missions principales :
_

_ Allocation des produits :
_
- _ Décliner, cadencer et exécuter le plan d'implantation en respect du plan merchandising mais aussi des contraintes opérationnelles et des performances._
- _ Assurer le réapprovisionnement hebdomadaire des magasins dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'inventaire (par magasin)._
- _ Gérer l'implantation des nouveaux magasins, la gestion du réassort des magasins en fermeture, inventaire ou rénovation._
- _ Etre le point de contact privilégié des magasins pour toutes les problématiques de gestion et d'optimisation de stock._

_ Reporting / KPIs :
_
- _ Analyser les performances d'écoulement de nos magasins / produits et identifier les plans d'actions nécessaires pour la saison en cours._
- _ Travailler en collaboration étroite avec le merchandiser pour s'assurer de la bonne exécution du plan merchandising et lui remonter les informations de la saison en cours pour construire les saisons futures._

Qualifications

Needed Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
An experience in Supply-Chain and in retail
is mandatory

Education :Bachelor degree

Foreign Language(s):

Fluent English
is mandatory:
Fluent French
is mandatory

IT Skills:

Proficient in Excel
SAP management would be an asset

Strong time management abilities and dealing with priorities

Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
Knowledge and sensitivity for outdoor products is a plus
