As
Key Account Manager Automotive for AMTP , your
main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Build, deploy and follow the Business Plan & Budget for nominated accounts
  • Achieve yearly sales objectives and KPIs as set by Management
  • Be in close contact with operational, quality and logistics teams as the voice of customer
  • Be in relation with upstream automotive teams and with central AMTP teams
  • Manage customer relationships. Generating commercial offers, negotiating and closing sales by agreeing commercial conditions and terms with customers. Offering after sales support and handling technical and commercial claims.
  • Focus on growing business, developing existing customers and on generating new opportunities
  • Develop sales (increase market share at OEMs, subcontractors,), promote whole range of AMTP Auto BU products
  • Provide detailed market analysis, monitoring competition and followingup on new market tendencies.
  • Support investment projects with marketing intelligence
  • Provide required reporting to Management
  • Recommend changes to existing commercial policy

Skills & Background required

  • Master's degree in engineering and/or business administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Automotive market, and ideally of the ArcelorMittal Automotive organization, acquired through at least 5 years of proven track record in direct contact with related stakeholders
  • Open minded and dynamic, outofthebox mindset, capable to challenge people and situations
  • Capable to manage long term sales cycles
  • Autonomous and excellent team player
  • Possessing excellent negotiation skills
  • Selfdriven, entrepreneurial, results oriented
  • Work experience in a project based, dynamic and multinational environment is an asset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or nontechnical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Available to travel frequently (mainly European market)
  • Fluent in English, any other European language, preferably German or Spanish, considered as an asset
