What is the Role?

This is an exciting new role within our European business and will play a vital part in our Net Zero commitment and ambitious growth strategy, come and help us Power Change in Europe


As our Team Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Head of Country and the Team to assist in the coordination and successful delivery of the project work activities and administration.


The role will also include to coordinate and ensure the efficient and timely general administration of project business and transactional documentation, such as invoices, POs, requisitions and external resource engagement requests.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Experience in a similar business support or administrative role and be competent liaising with and coordinating various Stakeholders.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in French and English are essential for this role, additional European Languages are desirable, along with great people skills and ability to comfortably communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation in a professional and responsible manner.
  • High level organisational and visual aid skills with the capability to manage and prioritise your workload efficiently.
  • Ability and comfortable in challenging existing company policies, procedures and standards where appropriate and be willing to provide suggestions for improvements.
