College Director (CDP) / Directeur de campus

ICN International College Paris (ICNIC Paris) is the latest addition to our fast-growing portfolio across Europe.

In partnership with ICN Business School, the College Director (CDP) you will develop a new five-year plan for the college, thereby leading the partnership relationship, driving student recruitment, optimising the student experience and contributing to the internationalisation strategy of the university.

As CDP of ICNIC Paris you will have an entrepreneurial approach, being both strategic as well as hands-on with operations, growing and motivating a high performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to make this role your own and make a real impact within Navitas.


As CDP you will work with a wider team to oversee the College's finance, teaching & learning, student services, marketing, recruitment & admissions functions.

You are the custodian of the College's strategy, academic quality, compliance and day to day operations. You will create and sustain a positive workplace culture underpinned by the Navitas values. You will manage the day-to-day partner relationship, ensuring that we are meeting their expectations.

The CDP is expected to lead the College's growth agenda, ensuring successful student outcomes whilst working effectively with the University Partner and Navitas global networks, and contributing to broader divisional initiatives as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development and execution of the ICNICs strategic sales and marketing framework, aligning closely with the University Partners and global Navitas network to deliver the college's vision, action plan and budget;
  • Drive the ICNICs P&L to deliver EBITDA targets, with clear accountability to deliver sales plans & targets;
  • Monitor and report on relevant KPIs on the College's financial performance;
  • Manage the College funds and commercial agreements in accordance with delegations of authority;
  • Lead on business development initiatives that contribute positively to the College's EBITDA;
  • Ensure high levels of partnership satisfaction, through formal governance processes as well as ongoing and regular interaction with University stakeholders;
  • Ensure the College maintains strict compliance with regulatory frameworks;
  • Deliver positive outcomes for retention, pass and progression rates aligned to regulatory, University Partner and Navitas requirements;
  • Ensure the College delivers an exceptional experience for all students which prepares them well for success on their degree of choice at the University Partner;
  • Actively lead a purposeled culture where your team can thrive, with a focus on wellbeing and engagement.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:

  • Degree level qualification
  • Significant leadership experience, preferably in an HE or similar environment
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment requiring high level of compliance
  • A track record of setting, responding to, and successfully delivering challenging performance targets through robust quality management procedures
  • Proven ability to grow an organisation while retaining quality in its core provision and services
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • An ability to identify and develop new opportunities to enhance ICNICs reputation, brand, status, and growth potential
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with the presence and credibility to represent ICNIC effectively, whilst demonstrating necessary political awareness and flexibly with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, communicating clearly with staff, students and stakeholders from a diverse range of cultural and educational backgrounds.

Desirable criteria:

  • Master'slevel qualification
  • Experience of successfully developing and sustaining key relationships both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of the French Higher Education Sector
  • High level of commercial acumen, with the ability to manage resources, scrutinise finances, and address risk for the College
  • Experience in working in the international student pathway sector
  • Ability to spot market opportunities and positively contribute to discussions around new methods of generating leads and improving conversions
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation
  • Project management experience.
