Admission Officer for its client.

For our client, we are looking for Admissions Officers for several schools:

  • Paris region
  • Paris
Full-time and Part-time positions.


Your missions:


  • Inform parents about the programs offered, the admission procedure, the admission requirements and the fees.
  • Interview students and parents to understand their objectives and background.
  • Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, open days and information sessions.
  • Develop innovative communication strategies, campaigns and recruitment programs.
  • Organize and participate in all recruitment events: open houses and information sessions, school visits and offcampus events.
  • Maintain a CRM database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
  • Provide reports on a weekly basis on leads, visits and enrolment numbers.

Profile required:


  • French and English language.
  • Very good knowledge of the private education field.
  • Proven temperament for commercial functions, resultsoriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Business school training and CRM knowledge.
