Rôle Overview:


Reporting to the MD of Acceleration France, the Business Integrator will work collaboratively with various business, technology and data experts to evaluate our clients' current media solutions, recommend, and sell media solutions to push the boundaries of what has been done before.


Area of expertize:


Responsabilities:


  • Start the business in France, with the full support of both GroupM France and Acceleration Global.
  • Animate a team of consultants and expert, firstly in hubs, secondly in France
  • Offer strategic, architectural insight and consultation for our clients' holistic digital advertising strategy. Including but not limited to the ad serving, media planning, media buying, tag management, creative strategy and production, decisioning, performance reporting, and analytics
  • Evangelize cutting edge Programmatic, Search and Social technology solutions and industry trends
  • Collaborate across internal teams to create holistic media solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum
  • Partner with Business Development to develop innovative strategies for prospective clients, including asset development, client communication, and inperson client presentations
  • Reach business goals accordingly to our Business Plan
  • Work closely with media agency opcos on a day to day basis
  • Monitoring the agences's prospecting activity
  • Monitoring the market of our clients and prospects
  • Align with technology leads across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge sharing


You will work closely with stakeholders and various client-side departments and collaborate across the Paid Media, Client Management, and Google Partner teams as the Lead Consultant across client media solutions.


In this role, you will support the business through consulting with clients to advance their strategy, planning, executing media and technology programs on behalf of amazing brands, pitching, and supporting all aspects of our clients' media activation.


You'll be asked to develop long-term partnerships with our clients, continuously evaluating their media effectiveness, optimization, and innovation to ensure their businesses benefit and facilitate growth through that relationship.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years handson experience working with some elements of Google Marketing Platform, Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics 360 and Search 360
  • Demonstrable knowledge of display advertising, specifically programmatic, realtime bidding, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies
  • Experience mentoring and developing sales people
  • A strong passion for problem solving and innovation
  • Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis
  • Ability to explain architecture proposals to nontechnical audiences and communicate business value of suggested ideas & plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about working in an extremely fastpaced, demanding, and fluid startup environment as well as having a desire to build a company up from an early stage
  • Knowledge of the French market and ecosystem is a plus.
