Description:Role DescriptionThe EMEA Digital Marketing Manager acts as a trusted advisor on behalf of Digital Marketing to the EMEA Marketing team. You will manage all aspects of the EMEA websites from strategy, delivery, and results analysis. You will support activities to reach, engage and convert website visitors from across EMEA. Your strengths and skills in digital marketing, project management, content optimization and localization, and analytics are critical our team’s success. You are customer-centric with a bias for making proactive recommendations based on data and the needs of the global website visitor. You will research, recommend, execute, and optimize tactics to attract and engage with audiences, ensuring they are accurate and relevant in language and locale. Working collaboratively across Marketing, with internal and external resources, you will manage and optimize programs such as: SEO / organic search, content localization, chat bot (AI) delivery, and personalization. Primary Responsibilities: Support local/regional/corporate promotions, revenue marketing programs, and other digital marketing activities - ensuring that all initiatives are tracked, measured, optimized, and analyzed for continuous improvement. Contribute to the roll out of new features, enhancements, and digital programs to global sites, including process improvements and communication to all stakeholders. Audit global websites for Site Search and SEO optimization opportunities, including improved translation, tagging, and metadata. Drive traffic and engagement from global visitors through SEO, personalization, and localization. Ensure Inbound hand-raise options and workflows are optimized for contact with appropriate sales teams. Establish, review, and interpret online analytics and KPIs with EMEA Marketing team and take appropriate actions to improve and optimize program effectiveness and user experience. Take initiative to stay current in Digital Marketing best practices. Learn about the digital capabilities of all systems that utilizes to improve the digital customer journey. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional digital marketing experience working in fast-paced, hi-technology industry with B2B focus - including experience with global website management, web platforms, web content management systems, web analytics, search engine marketing, website usability, and social media. Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams, across multiple time zones, dispersed across different country or global geographic areas Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who can work independently with little day-to-day direction Excellent written and oral skills; will interact with global mid- and senior-level management on behalf of Digital Marketing Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console). Strong English and German language skills are a must have – other languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
