We are looking to find a permanent Tech Recruiter to join our exceptionally talented RPO team (100 + professionals around the globe) in supporting the recruitment needs of our prestigious client, a global leader in legal technology. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a portfolio of roles based in France, with a strong focus on IT (software engineers, developers, DevOps, Cloud Ops specialists etc...) Key Accountabilities The successful Senior Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties: * Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity * Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers * Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful outputs * Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders * Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline * Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools * Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business * Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets * Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks * Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting Skills & Experience The ideal Recruiter will have the following skills: * Extensive experience (min.
5 years) in IT / Tech recruitment, with a focus on the French market * Fluency in French (both verbal and written) with a high level of English proficiency * Experience operating in a global organization * Experience sourcing candidates on various channels including social media * Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Other This won't be the first time that you've managed the full end to end recruitment process, but it will be the first time you've done so with such support, resources and as part of a team who genuinely cares about your success.
