Its global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.You will be responsible, within the set deadlines, for the coordination, execution and ongoing monitoring of investment operations (acquisitions, commitments, transfers, capital calls, distributions, etc.) in private equity and real estate funds.Covering both asset management and asset servicing products, you will also provide, among other things, reporting to clients and performance calculation as well as coordinating and following up on audits. You will also act as the main interlocutor for fund/wealth managers.Another of your roles will involvement in cross-disciplinary projects between Pictet business lines.Your role Meeting financial and operational targets. Actively managing and mitigating risks. Helping to improve controls and procedures. Defining and setting up a multi-jurisdictional framework. Supervising cross-disciplinary projects. Analysing private equity and real estate investments. Executing subscription transactions Monitoring and executing call and distribution events. Coordinating execution with bank back offices. Updating client portfolios. Responding to client customer requests and ensuring high-quality relationships with fund/wealth managers. Providing periodic reports to clients and partners. Coordinating audit requests relating to investments. Being involved in the departments development projects. Providing support for juniors and trainees.Your profile University degree in Finance, Law or Economics. 3-5 years experience in the PERE industry: Product MO Risk Audit. Experience in wealth management/private banking would be a plus. Sound grasp of the Luxembourg funds regulatory environment. Substantial experience in alternative products (i.e. PE/RE investments), especially in fund of fund structures. Excellent spoken English and French. Any other language would be an asset. Excellent interaction skills with clients.
