The framework:

Within the Finance Planning and Analysis Europe department (30 people based in La Défense as well as in the subsidiaries), you will report to the FP&A Director Europe within a team of five people.

Business unit in fast development (Billings multiplied by 3 to €8 billion in 10 years) thanks to a combination of strong internal growth and M&A.

Duties:

Business partner of several business segments, you produce the necessary dashboards monthly, you are responsible for the entire budget and forecast cycle. You use and improve reporting tools to make information accessible and relevant. Showing curiosity and pedagogy, you support decisionmaking.
Reporting and analysis of the costs of the European headquarter as well as the followup of the investments. Privileged interlocutor of some of the members of the Europe executive committee for the management of expenses, you ensure the production and presentation of figures to the management team by analyzing the deviations from the budget.
You share your expertise with the FP&A teams based in the regional headquarters by sharing our best practices with them. You contribute to the animation of the network of local management controllers by coordinating their efforts. Interaction with corporate teams based in Denver.
In support of the FP&A director, you prepare various ad hoc analyzes and reports on specific projects. You demonstrate excellent presentation and synthesis skills.

What we're looking for:

With a bac+5 degree, business school or university, with a specialization in managementfinance, you have a confirmed experience of at least 8 years in corporate finance.
You have a good knowledge on HFM or in an equivalent software.
Endowed with very good interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your ability to work in a team as well as your spirit of initiative.
Your strength of proposal and your enthusiasm will be key success factors within a group promoting internal mobility.
You practice English in your professional environment, your level is fluent both in writing and speaking.
Fluency in French is a plus.
