We offer a hybrid working arrangement with three days onsite in Chartres.

The position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition for South Europe and Middle East & Africa (MEA) and will have 8 direct reports.

This includes five Talent Acquisition Partners who are in charge for recruitment at the manufacturing facility in France, Ireland, Russia, and Algeria.


The position

As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Manufacturing, you will be in charge to recognize the talent needs of the business and translate them into effective talent acquisition initiatives that ensure a seamless customer experience during each recruitment process.- Your role will cover all job levels and categories, and you will be accountable for managing incoming volumes by moving resources where needed and ensuring great collaboration between your team and our recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partner's teams.


  • You will also implement innovative recruitment practices and make sound decisions based on Talent Acquisition (TA) data.
  • In close collaboration with employer branding specialists in the Global TA Centre of Excellence, you will plan and execute employer branding activities aimed at enhancing Novo Nordisk's brand in the countries under your duty.
  • As a leader in Novo Nordisk, you will also play a key role in developing your team of three TA Partners and ensuring their engagement and wellbeing.
  • The key to success in this role will be your ability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and peers to ensure a timely supply of talent to Novo Nordisk. Additionally, you will have handson recruitment responsibility for leadership positions at the director level.

Qualifications
To be qualified for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in a similar Talent Acquisition function and minimum 2-3 years of people management experience.
  • You flourish in a multinational environment and can skillfully navigate a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally.
  • You possess strong communication and project management skills and are fluent in English and French.
  • Lastly, you should have a solid reputation for ethical values and standards.
