In addition to its core business Mirakl has recently launched a new global Retail Media technology (Mirakl Ads) to empower Marketplace operators to operate successful Retail Media programs.


As Head of Sales House for Mirakl Ads, reporting to the EVP of Mirakl Connect & Growth Solutions, your primary mission is to drive adoption of Mirakl Ads solutions by advertisers (both 1P and 3P) and reach optimal Ad spent from them.


We need self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high energy, sales professional that can think strategically, is comfortable with conceptual & solution selling, and can create momentum within large and complex organizations.


On a daily basis, you will:

  • Define the Sales House commercial strategy to meet quarterly objectives set by the Management and work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve business goals
  • Implement a combination of channels (direct sales, onetomany and selfservice) and drive Mirakl Ads adoption from advertisers (3P sellers, 1P vendors and agencies)
  • Maximize Ads spent from Mirakl Ads advertisers by incentivizing and supporting them in their daily use of Mirakl Ads (eg : maximize number of campaigns, burn rate, fillrate, product catalog coverage, bids, etc.)
  • For Key Account Advertisers, operate Mirakl Ads campaigns and report on performance
  • Define the operational processes and tooling of the sales house in order to provide a lean execution of the operations, with mínimal costs.
  • Participate and present in recurring business review meetings (internal / external) and in particular reports to Mirakl Ads clients / Advertisers on Sales House performance
  • Support Mirakl Ads sales cycle and join client facing pitches to sell Mirakl Ads Sales House
  • Act internally as the « voice of the Advertiser » on Mirakl Ads and advise the broader Sales, Customer Success and Product teams on how the products fit and solve their needs
  • Act as a Mirakl Ads product user : collect insight, provide feedback, identify workaround
  • Remain updated on market trends and challenges affecting the Retail Media industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence

You will like this job if:

  • You have a 7+ years of sales experience
  • You have a solid knowledge of ecommerce, marketplace and online advertising
  • You have experience in hiring, managing and developing sales / business development teams, ideally with a crosscountry scope
  • You have a proven sales track record of success, meeting and beating sales goals
  • You have high levels of energy and thrive in handson environments with experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals
  • You are organized, detail oriented, and selfmotivated
  • You are able to travel globally if required
  • You speak English fluently
